Principle contractor Shadforth are progressing well on site with civil construction works well underway. The 52 lot house and land estate located in Greenbank is currently on schedule for an end of January 2020 completion date pending any wet weather implications. Located in Brisbane’s fastest growing development corridor all parties are extremely excited with the progression currently being made on site.
Construction works being undertaken in October include:
- Laying of pipes and infrastructure for internal water reticulation
- Creation of the internal stormwater management lines and stormwater gully pits
- Fitting the internal sewer rising main and shaping the roadbox and internal road crossings
The Shadforth project manager is confident that the project is on track and progressing according to schedule.
Practical Completion January 2020.
